Staff are helpful and eager to please you. Good selection of food and breakfast, though a bit expensive. The only 2 comments we would like to make are firstly, the hotel has no beach. We had to walk only a few min. on the road to reach the public access to the beach which is never a problem for us, 2nd comment would be for the hotel to improve on a better quality coffee !!!" |

The beach was nice and not to far away (5 min walk). There was something for everyone to enjoy, shopping, daytours round the beautiful island Koh Chang or just relaxation at the pool." |

The pool is quite satisfactory for a family with children at an age of 3-12 years, while the bathing possibility for children at an age of 1-3 years are present but somewhat more limited. In conclusion an exelent hotel for a visit for one to two weeks." |

We were disapointed of the \ own beach\ though we thought it would be ON the beach so we could have walked to other resturants on the beach. The location were ok, a cross the road there were a couple of bars there the music was until pretty late. I would probably not choose this hotel again. Even if the staff were very friendly and helpful." |

You can swim from a pontoon, but it s not very inviting. The pool is nice and they ve made a good effort with sun lounges by the raised water front and a sandy bit, but watch out for sand flies! The rooms are lovely and staff was fine. The massage in the Spa was great. The hotel itself has no heart and I will never go back there or to Koh Chang again! This island epresented the worst of Thailand to me. Crap things in the markets, a bit dirty, no fantastic beaches. We spent 8 days on Koh Mak before which we loved and would happily go back to." |

They have a great swimming pool just on the edge of the sea, with a great view of sun-set. I would say, the place is a value for money." |
