If you are a traveling man (or woman) like I am - chances are you look for as many discounts as you can get. Discount doesn't mean lower quality it simply means for a lower price - and there are many a sites that can be found right online. In fact, on some of these sites I found online you could save up to 75% off! That's pretty awesome if you ask me. Obviously depending on which site you go to you are going to find different prices, hotels, amenities, options, locations, etc.
Personally, I suggest finding a place by the beach because you simply cannot beat the views when it comes to the ocean and it's something that you won't ever experience anywhere else. There are going to be a few different kinds of sites online that are going to offer discount hotels in Thailand so use whatever is more comfortable for you. Frankly, I like the sites that are more like review sites that let you see what a specific hotel is really like, but they also have an area where you can search for hotels and resorts as well.
